We are expanding our multi-cultural team in Tallinn and are looking for a talented and motivated 

Business Developer  (NORDICS)

In this role, you will work with management to develop and implement new go-to-market strategies, find and develop new business opportunities, improve our overall customer experience and define and execute our mid-term strategic plans.
Furthermore, you will prepare and present Avionix, schedule appointments, write proposals and follow up on all sales activities. 

Your skill set

  • Proven background in business development and B2B sales in IT/Software (2+ years)
  • Self motivated character with excellent analytical and strategic planning skills
  • Strong presentation skills and self confident appearance
  • Willingness to travel and category B drivers license
  • Strong command of English language. (Estonian/Finnish/Swedish are beneficial)
